Package safe seal: it must be broken only at the moment of the purchase. The seal guaranties the quality control of the company and its origin.

Product safe seal: it must be broken only after the product is checked. Once it is broken, there’s no more right of exchanging the product for another one in good quality. Product exchange can be made  up to 7 days after the purchase, if the product seal is perfect conditions.
